Lowell Craig Bauers

Lowell Craig Bauers, 71, passed away on January 10, 2023, at his home in Weaverville, NC. He was born On September 22, 1951 in Hammond, LA to Charles Kenneth Bauers and Patricia Ruth Wittie Bauers.

Lowell was a graduate of Hammond High School, class of 1969. He served his country in the Air National Guard. Lowell was the owner and operator of Pic-A-Nik restaurant and grocery. He attended Brookstone Baptist Church in Weaverville, NC and was a member of Man Cave Ministries of Asheville, NC.

Lowell was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. He loved to cook for large crowds. He will be remembered as a man who loved his family and his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Tyler Bauers.

Left to cherish his memory is wife, Kim Bauers of Weaverville, NC; sons, Matthew Bauers (Sharon) of Tickfaw, LA, Britt Bauers (Sarah) of Albany, LA; daughters, Amber Price (Josh) of Weaverville, NC, Lindsey Green (John) of Weaverville, NC; five grandchildren, Brittney Bauers, Tyler Price, Ethan Price, Lillie Price, Olivia Goff; five siblings, Gary Bauers (Annette), Rodney Bauers (Diane), Michael Bauers (Ginger), Julie Mercante (Andrew), Kristie Serio (Dennis); other family members and friends.
