Harold Edward Jamerson passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Mission Hospital. He was born on March 27, 1960 in Asheville, NC to the late William Sherman Jamerson and Margaret Elizabeth Jamerson.

Harold was worked as a handyman and was essentially a jack of all trades. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandson, Lyndon Jovan Dobbs.

Left to cherish his memory is daughter, Latisha Michelle Dobbs of Asheville, NC; brother, Darrell Jamerson (Gayle) of Tacoma, WA; sisters, Priscilla McLaughlin (Harry) of Asheville, NC, Elease Atkins of Jessup, MD, Winifred Jamerson Williams (Herbert) of Largo, MD; granddaughter, JoAnna Katherine Dobbs of Asheville, NC; special friend, Lisa Simpson of Asheville, NC; nephews, James Jamerson of Temple Hills, MD, Harry McLaughlin of Matthews, NC; nieces, Alesha Aiken of Duncan, SC, Tia Jamerson Atkins of Baltimore, MD, Erika Vernon of Piedmont, SC, Alisa Hendrix; other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, September 7, 2025 at Community Baptist Church, 103 Burton St, Asheville, NC 28806.
