Fred born in Woodsville Ga to Julia Grace Smith and Fred Mashburn Sr. Fred, a graduate of Stephen Lee High School class of 61', was a retiree of Asheville Housing Authority. Fred precedes death by his parents, his wife Elaine Mashburn and daughter Kayla Mashburn. Left to cherish Fred's memories include his daughter Vonda M. Mills and son Darryl F. Mashburn, 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grand children, and also a very special niece and nephew in OH.
