Eric Dequan Robinson was born December 27, 1988, in Asheville NC, and transitioned from this life on January 10, 2026. He lived most of his life in North Carolina. He is the son of Eric L. Robinson and Eumeca Fullwood both of Asheville NC.

Eric was a member of H. B. Ferguson Baptist Church, Asheville NC. He received his General Education Diploma in 2008. Eric worked various jobs throughout his life including work at Givens Estate Retirement Center and later he worked diligently in the food service industry.

Eric was loved by many. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Enasia Robinson; Howard Lee, his paternal grandfather (Asheville, NC); great-grandparents, Daniel and Margaret Fullwood.

Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved sisters, Eurica Robinson Bryant (Twan) and Aniya Robinson of Greer, SC; his brothers, Desean Jackson (Asheville, NC), Pasache Robinson (Asheville, NC) and Isaac Robinson of Greer, SC; his cherished children: Eric and Emir Robinson (Fletcher, NC), Tekhari Harris (Charlotte NC) and Nehemiah Weston (Asheville NC). Eric was loved by a host of cousins, aunts, nieces and nephews. He was affectionately adored by his beloved grandmothers whom he was very close: His maternal grandmother, Gwendolyn Peay Fullwood and paternal grandmother, Sharon Wright of Asheville NC.

Eric will be fondly missed for his infectious smile and kind heart. His favorite statement to the family was, “let me borrow five dollars”. Rest in Heavenly Peace, Eric.

Due to the possibility of inclement weather, the service for Mr. Robinson has been rescheduled for 1:00pm Friday, January 30, 2026, in the chapel of Western Carolina Mortuary Service.
