Amy Cheron Peterson, 41, passed away at her home in Greenville SC, on January 22, 2020. She was born on February 10, 1978 in Asheville, NC. Amy was the oldest daughter of Anthony Peterson and Susan Ledbetter Peterson.

Amy graduated from Buncombe Community High School in the class of 1998. She was employed for several years at the Waffle House in Greenville, SC. Her favorite hobby was spending time interacting on Facebook. She will be lovingly remembered by her classmates, childhood friends and co-workers.

Amy was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Anthony Peterson and Susan Peterson; sister, Antonia Peterson; niece, Donterria Peterson; nephew, Donte Peterson; great-nephew, Dakota Hodsden; many other relatives and friends.

A celebration of Amy’s life will take place at 11:00 am Monday, February 3, 2020 in the chapel of Western Carolina Mortuary ,1373 Sweeten Creek Road  Asheville, NC 28803.
